INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WEBSITE
(pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679).
This page describes how to manage the site, with reference to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This is an information that is provided pursuant to art. 13 of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 ("GDPR") to users who interact with the web services of the Tecnomed s.r.l. website, based in Via Mariano Rumor, 97100 Ragusa (RG), accessible by telematic means starting from the address: www.flyhomesicily.com corresponding to the initial page of the company's official website.
NAVIGATION DATA
The computer systems and computer programs used to operate the site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (eg IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI addresses - Uniform Resource Identifier - of the requested resources, time of the request, method used in submitting the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numeric code about the status of the response made by the server - fine, error, etc. - and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user's computer environment). Even if the information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, they could allow users to be identified through processing and association with data held by third parties.
DATA VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED BY THE USER
For the consultation of the site, no provision of personal users’data is required.
However, any contacts with Tecnomed s.r.l. Unipersonale, through the social media or the optional, explicit and spontaneous sending of messages through the site, involve the subsequent acquisition of the address, including sender’s e-mail or telephone number, necessary to respond to requests, as well as of any other personal data included in the correspondence. These data will be used only to comply with the user's request and may be disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for that purpose.
PURPOSE OF THE TREATMENT
The navigation data are used only to obtain statistical information, not associated with any user identification data on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. The same are cancelled immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the Site. Data provided voluntarily by the user will be treated exclusively to respond to the execution of a contract of which the user is part or the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon user’s request, or to provide, administer and manage all the products / services requested, providing for the relevant billing, sending service communications and assistance, in accordance with this Policy and "Privacy Information" specifications provided at the time of accession to individual services.
LEGAL BASIS OF THE TREATMENT
The treatments are carried out for legitimate interest of the Owner, more precisely:
- manage complaints and disputes, recover credits, prevent fraud and illegal activities;
- exercise the rights and protect the legitimate interests of the Owner, for example the right to defend in court;
- promotion of its commercial activities.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
The data processing is based on the fundamental principles adequate to the safety standards imposed by the law. The Data Controller guarantees the security, confidentiality and protection of the personal data it acquires, at any stage of the processing of the same. The data will be processed by personnel appointed by Tecnomed s.r.l. with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable for protecting the confidentiality and security of your data.
The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in the art. 4 point 2) of the "Regulations" and precisely: collection, registration, organization, structuring, conservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of provision, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction, including the combination of two or more of the aforementioned activities.
MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF CONFERMENT
For the consultation of the site, no provision of personal data by the user is required.
The interested party may refuse to provide the Data Controller with his navigation data. To do this, you must disable cookies by following the instructions provided by your browser. Disabling cookies can make navigation and use of the site's features worse.
For the processing of data provided voluntarily, the user’s consent is not needed, as the processing is necessary for the execution of a contract of which he/she is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon his/her request (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulations), as well as, where applicable, to fulfill a legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation). Therefore, failure to provide them may compromise all or part of the processing of your request.
COMMUNICATION TO THIRD PARTIES
The Data Controller, in the context of his activity and for the purposes indicated above, may avail himself of services rendered by third parties that operate on behalf of Tecnomed s.r.l. and according to its instructions, as data processors. These are subjects that provide processing or instrumental services (eg consumer service, IT services for the operation of the site). TRANSFER OF DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS
The data will in no way be transferred to non-EU third countries or international organizations.
STORAGE TIMES
The Data Controller keeps the navigation data for the time necessary to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning. At present, the data is not stored. The Data Controller will process the data voluntarily provided by the user for the entire duration of the requested services and will keep them for the next 10 years for the purpose of completing the administrative activities, as well as for the time necessary to fulfill the obligations of law.
EXISTENCE OF AN AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING PROCESS
The Data Controller does not carry out processing consisting on automated decision-making processes.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
With reference to articles 15 - right to access, 16 - right to rectification, 17 - right to cancellation, 18 - right to limitation of treatment, 20 - right to portability, 21 - right to opposition, 22 - right to object to the automated decision-making process of GDPR 679 / 16, the interested party may exercise his/her rights either by writing to the Data Controller at the addresses below, or by email, specifying the subject of your request, i.e. the right he intends to exercise, attaching a photocopy of his/her identity card that certifies the legitimacy of the request.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
With reference to art. 6 of the GDPR 679/16, the interested party can revoke the consent at any time.
PROPOSAL OF CLAIM
The interested party has the right to complain to the supervisory authority of the state of residence.
