Tutto perfetto*****
Settimana perfetta, appartamento molto bello, praticamente centralissimo al paese. Ha tutto intorno a 2 passi gelaterie,bar,rosticcerie e market. Consigliatissimo e vicinissimo alla spiaggia, super comodo con un bimbo piccolo! Personale perfetto e molto gentile! GRAZIE

Fabulous!
Can't recommend enough!
The villa is spacious, spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. The pool is huge and as inviting as the photos suggest. The lush gardens surrounding the property are beautifully maintained.
The villa is situated up a securely gated drive, really out in the middle of nowhere (there are only two empty neighbouring properties), which offered total privacy and fantastic wide views down to the coast. The lounge stereo also has speakers (disguised as rocks) in the garden (no 3.5mm audio-in or bluetooth, so take CDs or USB stick). A very stylish car port in the drive kept the sun off our car during the day.
It was hot (unsurprisingly!) during our stay and the aircon in the bedrooms and dining area offered welcome relief and a good night's sleep. We opened the sliding doors, front and back to allow the air through the enormous lounge space, but kept the glass doors to the rest of the house shut - this worked perfectly.
The only downside was the galley kitchen, but I prepared most of our food in the dining area and although I was a little disappointed initially, it all worked out fine, especially as the kitchen has everything you could need.
We had two minor issues but these were fixed as soon as reported and the keyholder was lovely and very helpful.
A few interesting places to explore nearby - we especially enjoyed the Cava D'Ispica with its caves and catacombs.
Final point - very few insects here! No mosquitoes to be seen really (late July). Enjoy!

Vackraste bästa huset! Tennisbana och infinitypool var vad vi sökte efter och fick så mycket mer än det. bra sällskapsytor och lyxigt med egna badrum till varje sovrum. perfekt för två familjer med stora barn.

Superb south facing hillside property with amazing views. If you like modern architecture this maybe the place for you. The property is huge, all rooms are generous and with most with high ceilings. The basement games area is truly enormous / warehouse proportions with a pool table & table football. The pool is excellent, there's a great tennis court and a table tennis table in the landing. The house was perfect for my adult family who wanted loads of activities and things to do. The main living room / kitchen has massive sliding doors that open onto the pool patio - making the whole main floor an inside outside space. The beds are all super comfortable with great modern en-suites, and a jacuzzi in master en-suite. However the 4th basement bedroom has no outside window - a would be serious short straw pick. There is a good aircon system throughout, the kitchen is reasonably well equipped and the garden well maintained. On the down side. There is very little outside shade to relax in - just 3 sun umbrellas and a small awning for some al fresco dining. The furniture is minimalistic, generally fairly basic plastic tables & chairs. The living room only has 2 sofa's that can comfortably seat 5 - and that's too little for a large house that sleeps 9, especially when my lot like to stretch out. The BBQ is a small entry level charcoal Weber. OK for 2 people but useless for a large family. The property is for sale and only used as a rental, so don't expect to find anything of a personal nature - no books, no DVD's and also no basic foods in the cupboards - ie coffee, sugar, tea, oil, etc. These are obviously cleaned out when a guest leaves. The TV is run from a sky decoder that has been deactivated, so you only get 'free to view' TV, but there are no English speaking channels - its useless. We are not ones to watch TV on holiday but the house details did say they had a Sky decoder and with the World Cup on I expected a lot more. Despite my few criticisms and some initial disappointment, the house did grow on me. It is a fabulous property in an amazing location with views to die for, and my adult kids loved it.

We found Marina di Ragusa great town with fantastic vibe, many cafes and restaurants. Alessandra was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Thank you again for a great stay. We will surely revisit.

Tolle Villa, Alleinlage, Hanglage mit Aussicht bis zum Meer. *****
Ankunft: sehr freundlicher Empfang, alles blitzblank sauber, ein paar Formalitäten, dann Genuss pur.
Es ist ein Auto auf jeden Fall erforderlich, da es NICHTS in der Nähe gibt. Castello Donnafugata ist ca. 4 Fahrminuten entfernt (mehrere Restaurants). Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es ca. 15 Fahrminuten (Conad in Santa Croce).
Toller Aufenthalt, jederzeit wieder. Hausmeister kam bei einem Defekt innerhalb einer halben Stunde.

Woning is top kwaliteit! Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien. Locatie was voor ons ook fijn. Rustig maar alles binnen handbereik.

Absolutely beautiful villa!!

Villa Afrodite is a beautiful property and made our visit to Sicily the perfect vacation! The views are stunning and the gardens are lovely. The villa is well maintained and spacious and has everything you need to relax and enjoy your time there. A special Thank You to the owner and his associates who were very accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay the best vacation we’ve ever had. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a beautiful spot to enjoy Sicily!!
